The End is the Beginning - Always (Work in Progress)

Season 8 was so emotional for me. I love Allura so much. I resonate with her a lot and I love Allura and Lance. <3 I had to make a Voltron Season 8 Tribute to Allura and Lance <3    This is just the work in progress. I plan on posting the finished version soon! :3  The soundtrack of the show is amazing and so beautiful and heart touching.

1 minute figure studies

Tonight I spent some time drawing the human figure again. I am going to try and draw the human figure daily so that I get a better feel at it. I enjoy it but, drawing the human anatomy isn't my strongest strength. I am an animal and creature drawer and that is what I enjoy drawing most but, I know that with practice I can get much better. :) I also want to work on creating unique characters, facial features, and the male anatomy especially since I am not as used to that. I am hoping that life drawing will help out with that a lot. It will also help me build a library of anatomy that I can pull from when I am drawing and animating. 

2017 Resume Update and Portfolio Website Update

I have recently been updating everything. I've been doing freelance projects outside of working almost full time and been super busy but, I managed to update my portfolio site and my resume. I still need to create a pdf of my resume but, I need to update the program but I at least updated it on my site and as a jpeg for now.

Hyena-Pencil Brush Study

I practiced drawing a hyena with a pencil brush in Adobe Photoshop to get the feel of what they are like. It's a bit on the darker side and I should have added some more light but, this was a pretty quick one.

Wolf Children - Sketch

I am working on finishing up my submission for Doodle United's Theme of "Anime" and I drew up Ame and Yuki from Momoru Hosoda's "Wolf Children". It is super rough right now but, I am planning on finishing it up in the next couple days between work and sleep. :)

A New Place and New Faces...:)

I am so happy to inform you that I have started working at a new job! I just got hired recently to work at WaterFiltersOnline as an Online Product Manager and Graphic Artist. It's a step closer in my career direction. I am in charge of taking photos of products and preparing them for online stores.  I will be working with several websites and I have finally gotten started! Later, I will also be working in Adobe Illustrator and other programs to work on various work. So, it's been an exciting adventure!

Scar- Practice Paint

I wanted to try some of the painting assignment from one of our other animation classes that I never got to take. Josh Addessi is the professor that taught it. This took me a lot longer because I was just doing it for fun so it took me a few hours.

Getting the Basics of Adobe Illustrator and Beginning Adobe Photoshop Classes for Improvement

I have just recently gotten all the Adobe Suite Programs and now I finally have time to dive into programs and projects! :) So, I have been brushing up on my Adobe Illustrator skills most importantly. I have been using Adobe Photoshop for years but, Adobe Ilustrator I have only been using on and off.  I have been watching tutorials and I'm hoping soon I can post and show you all some nice work in Adobe Illustrator. I'm also getting ready to start working with this amazing tutorial site for artists! :) My teacher showed me this because I mentioned that I was thinking of going back to school and this he said was the better option. Now that I have the art equipment I will be able to start courses. :)

Distant Skies- Jordan Exploration

This is just some character exploration for my main character Jordan from my story.  It's about a girl, who in her teen years learns that she has a special power where she is able to transform into a guardian creature and she finds out she must use it to protect her world. I'm going to get some design work laid out and then begin to work on this story with my older brother  to get further with the writing and design. :) I'm excited! On the plus note, I am going to be furthering my work on some other projects as well. I thought why not now I should start working on my stories.
