Future Project Ideas

Here are some sketches that I've done over the past few days.  These are some rough sketches for the projects that I may work on later.  I am hoping next semester I can take some of my drawings and re-draw them and do some digital painting work as well as lighting, painting studies, and more anatomy studies of human anatomy. :)

title for her blog and artwork "The Deer and the Dove".  Her art page name gave me the idea for this sketch. )

                 (I just saw 47 Ronin I loved the story.  Things could have been better because things were  not explained very well but, I loved the shapeshifter's design and really wanted to do a cool poster for her character :) )

 

 

Merry Christmas!

Thank you everyone who has been keeping up with my blog! :) It is much appreciated.  I know that I don't have a lot of amazing art up yet and that's ok.  I have been so ready to dive into some digital painting and doing more digital artwork but, I currently don't have access to Photoshop or a good computer.  The cool thing is I've been looking up lots of neat resources, tutorials, and artists to gets some good tips on digital painting. I'll hopefully be able to do that soon.

My first part of senior project went well.  I will be working on it all next semester to finish the project.  I am so excited for next semester!  I have one semester left of college and then I will be a college graduate!  I will be taking my senior portfolio class, senior project class, and a couple other core classes.  So next semester, I will be able to upload my artwork from previous courses like figure drawing, advanced stop motion, and other classes. I've been needing to take some good photos with a better camera than my old ipod so, next semester I will be able to do that. I'm getting so stoked and I am also so thankful for where God has led me throughout school. I am growing and learning and it's wonderful! I'm so thankful for what gifts and skills he has given me as well.

In conclusion, I would like to wish you all, a very Merry Christmas!  Thank you for all your help and support and enjoy spending time with your families over the holidays.

Don't trust my baking...

This is a fun little project I did for one of my close friends Dakotah Spears. :) It was for her birthday. We do this fun thing everytime we give gifts.  We frame drawings for each other and exchange them with each other. 

Toothless

I just watched the second How to Train Your Dragon 2 trailer it looks promising! :) I couldn't resist drawing Toothless! He is so adorable!

Frozen

 I finally got to see Disney's "Frozen", over thanksgiving.  I thought it was a cute movie. I wish they would have pushed the story and the designs more but, I couldn't help but, draw Elsa and Anna. They were so cute! I am hoping later I can do some digital art of these and touch them up. :)

Werewolf sketches

I have a lot of homework so, I didn't get to have as much fun as I wanted to but, here are some werewolf sketches that I did. :) I'm going to be doing a cute version also. :)

Pumpkin Carving! :)

Happy Halloween! :) Last night I carved pumpkins with my family. Here's a pumpkin carving that I did. It's actually my first pumpkin carving. We also did a toothless, a creeper, and a smiley face pumpkin.

Code Lyoko?

I couldn't use reference for the code lyoko characters because, I was drawing in the car so, it ended up looking derpy but, I kind of like it in a weird way.

 

 

Investigation

I've been super busy with my senior project so every so I haven't had a whole lot of time to practice my shading and coloring but, I've been working on little doodles that I want to do some days. So, you'll see a lot of sketches that are unfinished but, I want to keep practicing. Here's a quick one that I did today.
